Although the Zoo and Safari Park are temporarily closed, our team of dedicated specialists continue to care for the animals and plants that depend on us each and every day.

Your continued support is more critical now than ever before and will provide a vital lifeline to the wildlife in our care.



  • Tiger Keeper Talk
    Location: Tiger Trail
    Times: Daily at 11:45 a.m.

    Learn about our Sumatran tigers from a keeper. Located at Sambutan Longhouse in Tiger Trail.

  • Animal Ambassador Stage
    Location: Safari Base Camp
    Times: 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

    This interactive program gives you an opportunity to have face-to-face contact with the Park’s animal ambassadors, such as a cheetah, alligator, serval, or other rare and exotic animals. You may interact with trainers and ask questions about the species. Additional Animal Encounters are available in African Outpost—on the lawn at Okavango Outpost—at 2 p.m.; and in Gorilla Forest—near Benbough Amphitheater—at 12:30 p.m.

  • Nairobi Station
    Location: Nairobi Village
    Times: Various times all day

    Enjoy close-up animal encounters at various times throughout the day.

  • Petting Kraal
    Location: Nairobi Village
    Times: 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

    Let your kids meet ours! Touch and brush our gentle goats.

  • Lorikeet Landing
    Location: Nairobi Village
    Times: 10 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

    Watch our colorful rainbow lorikeets swoop down to enjoy nectar offered by guests. Exhibit entrance is free; lorikeet food is available for purchase to experience the thrill of feeding these birds by hand.


  • Lemur Walk
    Location: Nairobi Village
    Times: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Want to get up close and personal with lemurs? Lemur Walk is an immersive experience. Walk on a pathway through the animals' habitat and watch the endearing primates socializing, grooming, jumping, climbing, and even sunbathing, one of the lemur's favorite pastimes.

    For ages 5 and older.
